Costa Coffee is a British multinational coffeehouse company that was founded in 1971 in London, England. It is currently the second largest coffeehouse chain in the world, with over 7,000 stores in more than 30 countries.
Coca-Cola has a minority stake in Costa Coffee, having acquired a 30% stake in the company in 2019. Prior to that, Costa Coffee was owned by Whitbread, a British multinational hotel and coffee shop company.
