Croatia

Croatia is a member of the European Union (EU) since 2013. Croatia joined the EU on July 1st, 2013 and became the 28th member state. Croatia's accession to the EU was the result of a long negotiation process that began in 2003. It joined the single European currency (the Euro) on 1st January 2023.

Croatia's membership in the EU provides it with access to the EU's single market, which allows for the free movement of goods, services, capital, and people. This has led to increased economic growth and investment in the country. Croatia has also benefited from EU funding for infrastructure projects and regional development.
